RSM advises OftalTech Solutions on the sale and purchase by Moria

RSM, audit, legal, tax and consulting services firm, has advised the Spanish company OftalTech Solutions throughout the process of selling 100% of its shares to the French company Moria, a company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution, worldwide, of equipment and consumables for ophthalmic surgery (refractive, transplant, cornea, glaucoma, cataract, retina).

For OftalTech Solutions, this acquisition represents an exceptional opportunity as it represents the consolidation of its growth in recent years and will allow it to achieve further expansion hand in hand with a large and solid business group.

Thanks to the merger of these two companies, OftalTech Solutions will obtain a greater professionalization thanks to Moria to achieve new challenges, create new divisions of new technologies and be able to compete with the multinationals that are positioned within the Spanish market, in addition to giving continuity to the future project of the Spanish company, being able to continue counting on all its usual suppliers.
