Telles advises Bling Energy on €2M investment round
Telles has advised Bling Energy on a 2 million euro investment round to promote the energy transition in the residential market in Portugal and to accelerate the growth and expansion of the company in different markets on a global scale. “With this investment, Bling Energy aims to contribute to a more sustainable future and the further democratisation of access to clean energy. The Portuguese company expects to double its workforce by the end of the year and aims to reach three thousand customers by the end of 2026”, informs Telles.
The deal team
The operation was led by Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz, partner and head of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Group, assisted by lawyers Delber Pinto Gomes, João Pedro Folhadela and Catarina Isidro (all pictured from left to right). This round of financing included the participation of the original investors – Joaquim Sérvulo Rodrigues, founder of Armilar Venture Partners, and members of José de Mello family – and a venture capital fund managed by Lince Capital.
