Strada appoints Colin Brennan as new CEO
Strada, the leading payroll, human capital management and financial solutions company, announces the appointment of Colin Brennan as its new CEO. In July 2024, the company officially launched, rebranded as Strada following the sale of the payroll and professional services business of the former Alight Solutions.
Colin Brennan
Brennan has nearly 30 years of experience in the technology and human resources sectors, with a long track record focused on driving business growth and transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked at companies whose business is directly related to Strada’s; such as Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, serving in various roles as chief customer officer, director of product and solutions strategy, and president of payroll and cloud solutions. These experiences have given him extensive knowledge of Strada’s business and the needs of its customers. Most recently, he was also chief revenue officer at Lumin Digital, a fintech company specializing in providing solutions to financial institutions.
Under Brennan’s leadership as CEO, Strada will focus on expanding its range of technology offerings and end-to-end services to accommodate the needs of a global and diverse workforce. The company remains dedicated to innovation and delivering high value to its more than 1,400 customers, a commitment it continues to uphold after more than 30 years.
Brennan will also take a key role in creating and expanding strategic partnerships to further drive Strada’s growth. His focus will include establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships with industry leaders such as Workday, SAP and Oracle.
Richard Hanks as its new CFO
Strada has also appointed Richard Hanks as its new chief financial officer (CFO) to lead this practice globally. Hanks has extensive experience in technology and services companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Strada, he was CFO at Williams Lea, a global business-critical technology services company, and before that, he served as CFO at Clarivate, a global leader in data, analytics and information products and services.
