PLMJ advises Lighthouse Properties on €177.8M acquisition
The Real Estate team at PLMJ has advised the South African company Lighthouse Properties on the acquisition of the Alegro Montijo shopping center for €177.8 million. The transaction had been announced in July, and the contract was signed this Wednesday, marking significant growth in Lighthouse Properties’ portfolio of assets in the Iberian Peninsula.

The advisors’ team has provided support throughout the entire transaction, from negotiation to tax structuring, with leadership from partner and co-coordinator Ricardo Reigada Pereira on both real estate and tax aspects. The team also included Tamara Martins da Fonseca, Marta Van Zeller, and Pedro Marques da Costa (Real Estate), as well as Leonardo Scolari (Tax).
