Across Legal incorporates Luis Tatay as Head of the Commercial Department

Across Legal has announced the incorporation of Luis Tatay, as Head of the Commercial Department in Valencia. The lawyer was previously the head of the Legal Department at Grant Thornton in the Valencian Community.

Luis Tatay comes to Across Legal with 12 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, commercial law and litigation. He has recently been nominated for the prestigious ‘Lawyer of the Year M&A’ award at the Forty under 40 Awards 2024, for which he was already nominated in 2022. Prior to joining Across Legal, Tatay was head of Legal at Grant Thornton in the Valencia region.

Tatay’s incorporation is part of Across Legal’s expansion strategy in Valencia. The current incorporation comes a few months after the firm signed Carles Ros as partner, with more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, M&A and innovation and with more than 145 transactions advised, with an aggregate amount of more than €400M.
