CMS Advises zvoove on Acquisition of Grupo Freematica
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has successfully advised zvoove, an European provider of software solutions for the blue-collar temporary work industry, on its acquisition of Grupo Freematica. Based in Spain, this group is a market leader in SaaS ERP software for temporary work, private security, and cleaning sectors, with subsidiaries in Latin America.
The transaction was led in Spain by CMS Spain’s Corporate partner Luis Miguel de Dios and senior associate Jorge Peris Hevia. CMS Germany’s Private Equity & Venture Capital partner Markus Herz, also played a key role in the deal.
