Hogan Lovells advises Mitiska REIM on the sale of Portal Mediterráneo

Hogan Lovells has advises Mitiska REIM on the sale of Portal Mediterráneo retail park, located in Vinaróz (Castellón), to Gestor Real Estates, a Hungarian real estate investment and asset management firm.

Hogan Lovells had already advised Mitiska REIM in 2016 on behalf of the FRI 2 fund in the acquisition of this same asset, and has worked on its asset management until the sale.

Mitiska REIM is a real estate investment fund specializing in business parks and light industrial, warehousing and urban logistics assets in continental Europe.

The firms real estate team in Madrid has been led by partner Emilio Gómez and also formed by associate Pelayo San Martín and junior associate Miguel Getino.
