CMS advises on the €100m sale of two logistics parks to EQT Exeter
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Delin Property, a leading pan-European real estate fund, on the sale of two complexes in Illescas and Alcalá de Henares to EQT Exeter for €100 million.
With 110,000 square meters of fully leased space and strategic locations in the center of Spain, this transaction becomes one of the most relevant of the year in the logistics sector.
The team that has led the transaction was formed by real estate partner Javier Colino and the associates of the same area Rodrigo García-Escorial de León, Marián Moya Torres and Sebastián Bruzzone Martínez. Also participating in the transaction were associates Marta Burgos Murillo, from the tax area and Jose Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros from corporate / M&A.
