Leadership Change at Sagardoy Business & Law School

Sagardoy Business & Law School, the business school of Sagardoy law firm, has undergone a significant ownership change. Key leaders, including firm president Iñigo Sagardoy, CEO Martín Godino, and school director Vanessa Izquierdo, have acquired a majority stake in the institution, previously fully controlled by the law firm, which will retain a minority share.

Sagardoy Business & Law School, established four years ago as a continuation of Sagardoy’s Center for Studies, originally focused on legal-labor training but has since expanded its programs to include sustainability, organizational well-being, AI in HR, and a program for board members. The school generates around 50% of its revenue from customized corporate programs and operates from its Madrid headquarters, shared with the law firm.

This change follows the law firm’s 2022-2025 strategic plan, which includes a new Board of Directors led by Iñigo Sagardoy and a governance structure focusing on talent management and client relations.
