GA_P strengthens its Tax practice with the incorporation of Javier Gazulla

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hired Javier Gazulla, from Hogan Lovells, as a new Tax partner. As explained by the firm, reinforcing its commitment to offer the highest quality transactional advice to its clients, in an environment of increasing regulatory and normative complexity.

Javier Gazulla

Javier Gazulla specialises in the tax structuring of M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, financings and debt restructurings. He also has extensive experience in providing tax advice on foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad.

The lawyer advises Spanish and foreign multinationals and investment funds, particularly in the real estate, private equity, infrastructure and energy sectors, providing efficient and innovative tax solutions with a commercial and client-oriented approach.

Hogan Lovells, KPMG or Freshfields

Prior to joining Gómez-Acebo & Pombo he was part of the tax team at Hogan Lovells. The partner has also been a partner for more than 14 years in leading international firms such as KPMG or Freshfields. He is a lecturer in the Master in Taxation at the Carlos III University and in the Master in Tax Consultancy at the University of Navarra.
