RocaJunyent advises on the acquisition of Torre Tarragona in Barcelona for 93m

RocaJunyent‘s Real Estate Law team has advised the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) on the acquisition of the emblematic Torre Tarragona building, located next to Sants station. The transaction, valued at 93 million euros, consisted of the purchase of the property from the US fund Blackstone.

The transaction has been led by the Real Estate Law partner, Roger Pla, together with the lawyers Carlos Fernández and Maria Bassols. The Consorci’s objective is to use the property for office rental, a sector in which CZFB has been involved for some time.
