GA_P Advises doValue in Sale of doValue Portugal to Albatris

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has provided legal counsel to doValue, a specialized asset manager, in the sale of its Portuguese subsidiary, doValue Portugal, to Albatris. This transaction strengthens Albatris’ collaboration with doValue Group, a Milan Stock Exchange-listed company and the largest servicer in Southern Europe, with €116 billion in assets under management. Upon completion of the transaction, doValue Portugal will become an independent entity, continuing to operate under its current management team.
