David Carvalho Martins joins CES arbitrators’ list

DCM | Littler has announced the appointment of David Carvalho Martins, the firm’s managing partner, to the list of presiding arbitrators of the Portuguese Economic and Social Council (Conselho Económico‐Social – CES) for matters outlined in the Labor Code. “It is with great honor and responsibility that I accepted this new professional challenge.
