Baker McKenzie advises on the acquisition of La Loma shopping centre from Klépierre

Baker McKenzie has advised Onix Capital Partners, an investment firm with part of its capital coming from Latin America, on the acquisition of the galleries corresponding to the La Loma shopping and leisure centre in Jaén from Klépierre, the second largest listed shopping centre company in Europe.

This transaction consolidates Onix’s growing commitment to the Spanish real estate market, especially in the segment of shopping centres with revaluation potential, and reinforces its presence in the country, where it has been operating for a decade.

Baker McKenzie’s advice to Onix Capital has been led by Jorge Adell Sánchez with the support of Marta Oliver Vall-llossera.
