J+Legal advises 3HO on portfolio sale to BTOCNET
J+Legal has advised 3HO – Consultadoria, Fusões e Aquisições, a company with exclusively Portuguese capital operating in the field of tax, financial, and business accounting consulting, on the sale of its entire client portfolio to BTOCNET. The transaction, whose value is confidential, involved negotiating all aspects related to the sale of the portfolio and the transfer of all employees to BTOCNET.
This acquisition of 3HO’s client portfolio enables BTOCNET to continue expanding its network of offices within its sector, says the firm in a press release. Since 2023, BTOCNET, led by José Pedro Farinha, has been partially owned by the BlueCrow Growth Fund, a private equity fund, whose investment agreement was also advised by J+Legal.

On behalf of J+Legal, the deal was negotiated and implemented by senior associate Lourenço Côrte-Real (pictured), while BTOCNET was again advised by EFCM and coordinated by partner Carla Teixeira Morgado, similarly to the investment agreement with BlueCrow.
