Marta Cruz de Almeida elected to ICC Arbitration Commission

Marta Cruz de Almeida, general counsel at Galp, has been elected as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the 2024-2027 term. “Being part of the ICC Commission Arbitration is both an honor and a responsibility that I embrace with great enthusiasm. Our Commission studies legal, procedural, and practical aspects of arbitration and ADR to provide guidance and thought leadership on efficient dispute resolution enabling access to justice. With the support of our newly appointed Vice-Chairs, I am confident we will advance the cause of justice in the international business community”, states Almeida.
