Dentons advise on the Colonial sale of a residential building to Bankinter
Dentons real estate team has successfully advised Colonial on the sale of a residential building located at Calle Méndez Álvaro 55 to Bankinter’s new investment vehicle, Palatino Residencial, for approximately 130 million euros.
The property comprises 374 dwellings, 374 parking spaces, 374 storage rooms, and 4 commercial premises, along with communal spaces. The sale is part of the ‘Madnum’ real estate complex, which also includes an office building and additional commercial premises.
