Deloitte Legal Advises Acciona Energía on Hydroelectric Plants sale

Deloitte Legal has advised Acciona Energía on the tax aspects of the sale of 100% of Acciona Saltos de Agua (ASA), a group comprising 23 hydroelectric plants, to Elawan Energy for €287 million.

The transaction was managed by Deloitte’s Tax team, including partners Javier Pérez Olivares and Marcos Río, along with senior associates Alejandro Gil and Nuria Sánchez. The deal also involved collaboration with Deloitte’s Transactions team.
