AGM advises the Julián de Castro Group on the sale of two of its companies to Avanza
The Julián de Castro Group, with more than 110 years of activity in road passenger transport, has sold two of its companies to Avanza, under the advice of AGM Abogados.
The mobility company Avanza, belonging to the Mexican multinational Mobility Ado, has finalized the purchase of the coach company Julián de Castro, an operator founded in 1913 that manages bus routes in the northwest of the Community of Madrid. This transaction is still pending approval by the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC).
AGM Abogados guided the Julián de Castro group in the sale of two of its three companies: Autocares Julián de Castro and Autocares Casanz.
The team appointed to advise the group in this transaction has been the M&A team of AGM Abogados, led by partners Julio Rocafull Rodríguez and Francisco Lacasa Lobera, with the support of lawyer Félix Navas Mir, who have extensive experience in the sale and purchase of companies.
