Eversheds Sutherland and Andersen advise on the agreement to create a giant of the training for public examinations
The academies Prefortia, Jurispol and Forvide have reached an agreement for their integration to form Versus, a new leading group in e-learning training for competitive examinations in Spain. The agreement also includes the incorporation of Corpfin Capital as a strategic partner and shareholder of the group, in order to accelerate the academic and technological development of the Versus Group.
The three academies of the Versus Group will maintain their current identity, as well as their brand, team and faculty. They will also maintain the leadership of their founders and management team (Juan Díaz, Francisco Rius and Pablo Jiménez) who will continue to carry out their responsibilities with the utmost commitment to their students.
There will be more than 300 professionals, including administrative and teaching staff, who will operate from now on as a group, with student care as a fundamental pillar and providing daily, specialized and, above all, personalized assistance.
