Ortego & Cameno advises Madrid Hifi on Siluj’s acquisition

Madrid Hifi, a subsidiary of Queka, has acquired Siluj Iluminación to form the MH Group project. This union allows the companies to combine their experiences, knowledge, and resources, offering customers a wider range of products while preserving the values and passion that have defined both companies over the years.

The alliance aims to consolidate MH Group’s position both nationally and internationally, expanding its services to a broader audience.

Ortego & Cameno advised Madrid Hifi, with a team led by partner Luis Ortego Castañeda (poctured), head of the corporate and M&A team Manuel Herrero Rodríguez, and Nagore Regil Barrigón, a member of the corporate and M&A team.
