Ontier advises Valcubia on the sale to the Unavets Group of its animal crematorium
Ontier has advised Valcubia on the sale of its animal crematorium in Asturias to Unavets, the largest veterinary group in Spain and Portugal, with over 100 centers in Spain and Portugal and more than 1,000 employees, backed by the U.S. fund Oaktree Capital Management.
The transaction was advised by the senior lawyers Ignacio Arce Orejas and Pelayo García-Bernardo Albornoz together with the junior lawyer Laura Zaldívar Lobato, all from the corporate and M&A team of Ontier’s Oviedo office.
