CCSL advises DareData on NOS SGPS investment

CCSL Advogados has advised DareData Engineering in securing an investment from NOS SGPS.
DareData Engineering, a Portuguese company specializing in data infrastructure development and projects based on generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, was founded in 2019. The company operates in the United States, Brazil, Spain, France, Greece, Norway, and Australia, across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, banking, logistics, and energy.

NOS SGPS is a company based in Portugal engaged in the broadcasting and telecommunications sector. The company distributes cable and satellite TV, produces films, series, and children’s channels, and manages advertising in TV and cinemas. It also provides mobile and wired communication services, including voice and data, and is involved in audiovisual production, distribution, and negotiating pay TV and video on demand rights.
