Deloitte Legal Advises Uriach on Sale of 30% Stake to ICG

Deloitte Legal has provided legal counsel to Uriach, an international health and wellness company, in the sale of a 30% equity stake to the UK-based fund ICG for €250 million.

The transaction was supported by Deloitte Legal’s Tax and Compensation team, including partners Cayetano Olmos (pictured left) and Luis Carlos Moya (pictured centre) , as well as senior associates María Benito and Tamara Gallarreta, and associate Álvaro González. The Labor team involved partner Covadonga Roldán (pictured right) and senior associate Alba Longueira.
