Cuatrecasas advises Xior on €58M student residence buy

Cuatrecasas has provided legal advice to Xior Student Housing on the acquisition of a student residence in Campo Pequeno, Lisbon, from the TPG and Round Hill Capital groups, for approximately 58 million euros. Xior Student Housing is a Belgium-based, publicly traded company specializing in the acquisition and operation of student residences in various European cities.

The acquired residence has 380 rooms spread over five floors, with a total gross building area of about 17,000 square meters. The building is the result of a joint venture between TPG and Round Hill Capital. Previously, Cuatrecasas had also provided advisory services to Xior in the sale of two student residences: the Odalys Campus Porto Granjo Centro in Porto and the Odalys Campus Lamas in Lisbon.
