Albuquerque & Almeida advises Indie Campers in €35m deal

Albuquerque & Almeida advised Indie Campers Group in a €35 million investment round. The round was led by Indico Capital Partners, with additional participation from Cedrus Capital and GED Ventures. Indie Campers Group is currently present in over 70 locations with over 7,000 motorhomes worldwide. According to partner André Matias de Almeida (pictured), the team “has been advising Indie Campers Group for many years, accompanying the group’s growth on an international level.”

The deal team

The team from Albuquerque was led by partner André Matias de Almeida, and senior associates Igor Amarii and Manuel Bruschy Martins. The operation also included the participation of lawyers Gonçalo Poejo Grilo and Mariana Castro Pereira.
