Eversheds Sutherland advises on the acquisition of two hotels by Catalonia Hotels & Resorts from HIP

Eversheds Sutherland Spain has acted as advisors to Catalonia Hotels & Resorts in the due diligence and negotiation of the purchase agreements of a 4 star hotel in Malaga and a 3 star hotel in Barcelona.
