Dentons advises VORN Bioenergy on major biomethane deal
Dentons Spain’s Energy team has successfully advised VORN Bioenergy on a major operation involving what will probably become the largest raw material supply agreement for biomethane generation in the whole of Europe.
VORN Bioenergy is a pioneer and leading company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the production of biomethane from organic waste. The company focuses on developing sustainable energy solutions that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the use of renewable energy sources. VORN Bioenergy is dedicated to innovative practices in biomethane generation, making it a key player in the transition to greener energy in Europe.
The firm has been involved in advising VORN Bioenergy from the outset in connection with the joint development agreement executed with local stakeholders and all other ancillary contracts such as long-term raw material supply agreement, shareholders agreements, and others.
The transaction has been led by partner Fermín Garbayo with the collaboration of M&A partner Israel de Diego and associate Almudena Gurpegui.
