GA_P advises Etnaga on sale to SIC and CREST fund

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the founders and management team of Etnaga, which operates through the online ticketing platform BOL, on the sale of 90% of the share capital to SIC and the CREST II fund. The founders of Etnaga will continue to hold a shareholder stake and remain in the executive management of the company.

SIC – Sociedade Independente de Comunicação was the first private television channel to operate in Portugal, founded in 1987. CREST II – FCR is a leading venture capital investment fund in the Portuguese private equity market.
