Sara Castelo Branco promoted to partner at Miranda
Miranda & Associados has announced the promotion of Sara Castelo Branco (pictured) to partner. Castelo Branco joined the firm in 2018 and has since focused on Public and Regulatory Law, as well as Energy. She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a postgraduate degree in Administrative Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law at Universidade de Lisboa.
Other promotions
The firm has also approved promotions for over a dozen associates: Inês Frutuoso de Melo has been promoted to coordinating associate, and Daniel Rosário, Filipa Morais de Almeida, Joana Cunha, Maria Ataíde Cordeiro, Pedro Borges Rodrigues, Sara Frazão, Sílvia Mota Carvalho, Susana Tenentinho, and Tânia Santos have been promoted to senior associate. Camille Andrade has been promoted to associate. Additionally, to strengthen the Banking & Finance, Commercial & Corporate, Energy & Natural Resources, and Real Estate practices, five new lawyers have recently joined the firm: Francisco Alves Dias as coordinating associate, Filipa Fonseca Santos as of counsel, Maria Inês Costa as senior associate, and João Tavares Bastos, Álvaro dos Santos Pinto, and Filipe Moreira do Vale as junior associates.
