SRS advises EuroBic holders on stake sale to Abanca

SRS Legal advised a group of shareholders of Banco BIC Português (EuroBic) on the sale of 57.5% of the bank’s share capital to Abanca, completed on July 11, 2024. The SRS Legal team was led by consultant Gabriela Rodrigues Martins (pictured left), partner Alexandra Valente (pictured center) and associate Andreia Rodrigues Lopes (pictured right). Abanca was advised by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, with a team led by Eduardo Paulino and including Nuno Sobreira and Tiago Félix da Costa.
