CMS advises on the agreement sealed between DIGI and Telefónica
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised DIGI in the negotiation with Telefónica of National Roaming Agreement and RAN&Spectrum Sharing contracts with an estimated value of more than 200 million euros.
In addition to the fact that these modalities are very new in Spain, this operation will provide DIGI’s telecommunications company customers with the most advanced technology in mobile services and better coverage. The agreement will come into force on January 1, 2025 and will last for 16 years.
The team that has led this transaction has been formed by the partner of TMC and Litigation & Arbitration, Jorge Sánchez and Ana Vázquez, associate in the corporate / M&A area.
