Lener Appoints Lene Oña as New Partner in Compliance

Lener has announced the appointment of Lene Oña as the new partner of the firm’s compliance and corporate governance area. This brings the total number of partners at the firm to 21. Oña, previously a senior associate at Lener, is a corporate compliance specialist with 20 years of professional experience.

Oña’s expertise lies in the comprehensive implementation of risk management and compliance systems, as well as effective governance models in both national and multinational organizations. She provides direct advice to company governing bodies and compliance officers, guiding them through risk assessment, program design, implementation, and review of compliance and crime prevention models. Additionally, Oña serves as secretary to compliance bodies and ethics committees in various companies and industry groups.

Beyond her advisory role, Oña is also an educator, teaching in the Master’s in Law program at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and at the Economics School of the Catalonia College of Economists, where she specializes in corporate compliance training.
