Socimis AC Residencial and Smart Kitchen are listed on Portfolio Stock Exchange: Advisors

The socimis AC Residencial and Smart Kitchens Properties have been incorporated this Wednesday to the Portfolio Stock Exchange (Portfolio SE), which already has nine listed companies.

The Board of Directors of AC Residencial has taken as a reference for the start of trading a price of 1.06 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 30.4 million euros. On the other hand, the Board of Directors of Smart Kitchens Properties has decided to start trading at a price of 1.45 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 12.3 million euros.

Currently, AC Residencial has a total of 67 assets in portfolio mainly in Madrid and Barcelona and 23.2 million euros of investment. Smart Kitchens Properties has 8 assets in portfolio located in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Pamplona and San Sebastian.
