Andersen and EY Abogados advise on the acquisition of Rotor Print by SPG

Andersen and EY Abogados have advised on the acquisition of Rotor Print by SPG, a leading company in the flexible packaging industry.

The resulting group will have a turnover of close to 250 million euros, with five plants in Europe and a workforce of around a thousand people, positioning itself as one of the main players in the sector at the European level.

SPG has been advised by Andersen Abogados with a team formed by Marta Morales (partner), Candela Guerrero (associate) and Francisco de Paula Díez (senior lawyer).

EY Abogados has advised the shareholders of Rotor Print with a team led by Rubén Ferrer (partner, Head of M&A and Private Equity), along with Rosa Cañas Lorenzo (Director) and Félix Madero Recio (senior lawyer), all from the corporate department, as well as Ricardo Egea (Partner) from the tax department.
