Cuatrecasas guides Partners Group in FairJourney Biologics deal
Cuatrecasas advised Partners Group on the acquisition, on behalf of its clients, of a majority stake in FairJourney Biologics from GHO Capital Partners. Partners Group is an international private equity firm, and FairJourney Biologics is a Portuguese biotechnology company specializing in the healthcare sector.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Porto, FairJourney is a contract research organization that supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in developing the next generation of antibody-based therapies. Specifically, it provides services for the discovery, engineering, production, and characterization of antibodies, with established partnerships resulting in 14 therapies currently in active clinical development to address patient needs in oncology, immunology, and cardiovascular diseases.
