PLMJ advises Saur Group on acquisition of CTGA & Enviman
PLMJ has advised Saur Group on its acquisition, through Aquapor, of CTGA & Enviman, specialized in studies and projects in the areas of Hydraulic, Sanitary, and Environmental Engineering. Aquapor is Saur Group’s water management company in Portugal. Along with PLMJ, other advisors in this deal were Santander, Ekem, Arsene Taksand, and Roland Berger.
The acquisition of CTGA & Enviman
According to Saur Group, CTGA & Enviman will enrich Aquapor’s portfolio with environmental consultancy services, studies and projects on water infrastructures, supply of equipment, technology, and specific maintenance services in Portugal. “This expansion will bolster Aquapor’s offering with comprehensive and innovative solutions that not only meet market demands but also contribute to the promotion of sustainability and the preservation of water resources”, says the group in its press release.
The legal deal team
The PLMJ’s legal team that worked on this transaction included senior associated lawyer Rita Pereira Jardim (pictured left), associate lawyer Beatriz Veiga Santos (pictured center), and was led by Duarte Schmidt Lino (pictured right), partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A area. The transaction results in the operational integration of CTGA & Enviman into Luságua, a company of the Aquapor group.
