Deloitte Legal advises Prosur on the incorporation of the ICG fund as a partner

Deloitte Legal has advised Prosur on the incorporation of the private equity fund ICG as a partner to accelerate its international expansion.

Prosur, a world leader in Research, Development and Marketing of High Value Added Natural Solutions for the Food Industry, stands out for using 100% natural-based ingredients that contribute to improving the health of the end consumer.

Deloitte’s intervention is part of its E2E M&A strategy based on transaction advice by a single team, integrated in this case by the transactions and Deloitte Legal teams.

The operation has been led by the corporate M&A team, Ignacio Sanjurjo (partner), Carmen Muelas (principal associate) and Marc Castro (associate), having also counted with the involvement of the tax, financial, labor and competition areas of Deloitte Legal.
