Pérez-Llorca assists Vila dos Números’ stock listing
Pérez-Llorca has advised Vila dos Números, a real estate investment and management company (SIGI), on its selection for trading on Euronext Access Lisbon. Vila dos Números is focused on the rehabilitation market for residential rental and tourism purposes in Greater Lisbon and the Algarve. It has a portfolio of active properties in central and southern Portugal and is developing new tourist and residential projects in the Algarve.
