Iberconseil, owned by Abac Capital, acquires Disalp and Adonis: Advisors

Deloitte Legal has advised private equity firm Abac Capital on the acquisition by Iberconseil Group of French company Disalp and Italian companies Adonis and Premium, three distributors of cheese and other premium dairy products, targeting sales of €120 million by 2024.

Iberconseil, founded four decades ago, is the leader in Spain in the distribution of specialty cheeses and dairy products, connecting premium cheese manufacturers from all over Europe with the fragmented Spanish market. With a turnover of 90 million euros, Iberconseil sells more than 10,000 tons of cheese from all over Europe and manages more than 1,200 references from 170 suppliers through various distribution channels.
