Deloitte Legal advises Providence Equity Partners on the sale of 50% of Globaleducate to the Wendel fund
Deloitte Legal has advised Providence Equity Partners on the tax aspects of the sale of 50% of Globaleducate, a group specialized in primary and secondary education with presence in eleven countries, to Wendel Group.
The transaction has been advised by the Tax M&A team composed of: José María Gómez Rosende (partner), Javier Pérez Olivares (partner), Gonzalo Mayo (senior associate), Victor Cuesta (senior associate) and Alberto Montesinos (senior associate).
