KPMG Abogados has assisted the British global investment firm Permira, on the tax side on the acquisition of a 40% stake in AltamarCam, the largest private independent funds manager firm in Spain, with a portfolio of assets under management valued at around 18 billion euros.
The firm tax team formed by Pedro Ruiz (Partner) and Jesús Casado (Senior Manager) has advised with the tax due diligence work.
