Baker McKenzie and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo have advised on the sale of the hotel business (including the property) of the five-star luxury resort Six Senses Ibiza by Grupo BeachBox to Gruppo Statuto, for which it paid a “record price in Spain”. According to sources familiar with the operation, the establishment would have been sold “for around 200 million euros”.
