Abreu Advogados advises on the implementation of Testo´s first factory in Portugal
Abreu Advogados has advised the German group Testo, a world leader in portable and stationary measuring solutions, on the construction of its first factory in Portugal, in the industrial area of Albergaria-a-Velha. This operation involves an investment of 25 million euros in industrial facilities, in an industrial development that will cover an area of 21,000 square metres and will contribute to the creation of around 500 jobs in the region.
The firm advised the Testo Group on the various issues related to the installation of the factory in Portugal, including, but not limited to, the drafting and negotiation of a Construction Contract with the respective Contractor, the drafting and negotiation of the Coordination and Supervision Contract with the Site Supervisor, as well as legal assistance throughout the development of the project and other corporate issues related to the local subsidiary.
