LCA and Garrigues Advise on Investment in Spanish AI startup Unusuals

The Venture Capital and Company Innovation team at LCA Studio Legale, led by Andrea Messuti and including Flavia Visco and Anna Paola Pasin, has successfully assisted Terna Forward, the investment vehicle of the Terna Group dedicated to technological innovation and Corporate Venture Capital initiatives, in the investment round for Unusuals, a Spanish startup specializing in automatic failure detection through the application of Artificial Intelligence algorithms. The investment round also saw participation from Elewit, the Corporate Venture Capital vehicle of Red Eléctrica de España.

Terna Forward’s team, which includes Ruggero Recchioni, Emilio La Pera, and Vittorio Palma, was further supported in this operation by its internal legal team comprising Laura Longobardo, Davide Tomè, and Francesco Guidotti.
