Ramón y Cajal advises on the sale of the former McKinsey headquarters to Impar Capital
Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Colonial on the sale to Impar Capital, a real estate group specializing in the investment, promotion and development of luxury properties, of the building located on Sagasta Street, which was the headquarters of the McKinsey consulting firm, for its conversion into a prime residential property, given its privileged location.
The building has a floor area of more than 10,000 square meters and was designed by architect Luis Landecho, making it a significant piece of Madrid’s architectural heritage.
The real estate partner Miguel Ferre Puy has led the team that has advised on the transaction integrated by lawyers Jaime Gutiérrez Parra, Marta Santos García-Sintas and Mateo Perelló Leal.
