Guillem Àlvarez joins Miura Partners as legal counsel

Miura Partners has incorporated Guillem Àlvarez Espallargas to its legal department as legal counsel. Guillem has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, banking and blockchain, and has worked as a lawyer for despahocs such as Roca Junyent, BPV Abogados and Delvy Law.

Guillem’s passion for learning and staying at the forefront of technology, innovation and disruptive business models knows no bounds. His entrepreneurial and creative spirit has led him to found his own projects, create and share content that align with Miura’s vision of taking companies to the next level. Guillem perfectly balances his techie side with his love for reading novels, cycling and American soccer, among other interests.

Prior to joining Miura, Guillem worked as a lawyer at Roca Junyent and Delvy Law, specializing in corporate law, M&A, finance and banking, blockchain, and advising several tech startups. In addition, he has launched technology-based projects incubated and mentored by accelerators. He also runs his own channel dedicated to technology, startups and disruptive businesses.

Guillem holds a law degree from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and he is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association. He also has a master’s degree in Digital Product Management. He has taken courses specializing in the promotion and development of disruptive ideas and startups, and has been invited as a speaker at various conferences and industry events.
