Cazorla Abogados Appoints Luis Martí Mingarro as Advisor
Cazorla Abogados has announced the appointment of Luis Martí Mingarro (pictured centre), former dean of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), as an advisor. This strategic hire aims to enhance the firm’s expertise in Procedural Law, Arbitration, and Urban Planning. With Martí Mingarro’s guidance, the boutique law firm, led by Luis Cazorla González-Serrano, also seeks to establish itself as a leading advisor for Ibero-American investments in Spain, further supporting its clients in international matters.
Luis Martí Mingarro is a distinguished lawyer and former dean of the Madrid Bar Association. He holds a professorship in Public Finance and Accounting in the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State and is an academician at the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. Between 1979 and 1993, he served as Spain’s representative on the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Community.
Martí Mingarro is also a member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Institute of Public Finance, the Academia Tiberina, and the Lima Bar Association. He earned his doctorate from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2000 and has received numerous Spanish and international honors, including the Scevola Award in 2004
