Pérez-Llorca Advises Transitions Europe SCPI on Key Acquisitions
Pérez-Llorca has successfully advised Transitions Europe SCPI, managed by the French real estate investment firm Arkéa Real Estate Investment Management (Arkéa REIM), on the acquisition of the “Muntadas I” office building in the Mas Blau business park.
Located at El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona), it previously owned by the Spanish company Juno Munt (part of the FREO group), and is currently leased to several tenants, including Media Markt. The Pérez-Llorca team involved in this transaction comprised partner Florence Legeay, associate Miquel de Espona, and Claudia Rubio, all corporate lawyers.
Additionally, the law firm has advised Arkéa REIM on behalf of Transitions Europe SCPI in acquiring a senior living residence located in Vitoria. The team handling this transaction included Corporate partner Florence Legeay, along with corporate lawyers Juan José Cánovas (associate), Marta Viaplana (associate) as well as public lawyers Víctor Corpa, and Camila Mayor (both associates).
These transactions are part of the ongoing advisory services Pérez-Llorca has been providing to Transitions Europe SCPI, managed by Arkéa REIM, over recent months. The relationship began last year when Pérez-Llorca assisted Arkéa REIM with Transitions Europe SCPI’s first investment in the Spanish market. This initial project involved advising on all legal aspects of acquiring a portfolio of retail properties leased to the gym brand Basic Fit. The locations in Oviedo, Alicante, Castellón de la Plana, and Pamplona collectively covered over 6,000 square meters.
