Lexcrea Advises Parlem on Pinergia’s Telco Business Acquisition
Parlem Telecom has successfully acquired the telecommunications division of the cooperative Pinergia for €4 million. This strategic acquisition enables Parlem to extend its services to the Pyrenees and Cerdanya regions, providing mobile and fiber optic services under the Xartic by Grup Parlem brand.
Under the guidance of CEO Xavier Capellades and Executive Chairman Ernest Pérez-Mas, the company. named the top telecom operator by the OCU for three years, continues to strengthen its foothold in the Catalan market through strategic acquisitions, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality telecommunications services to its expanding customer base.
The acquisition was expertly handled by the Lexcrea team, led by Managing Partner Silvia Martínez Losas (pictured) and Associate Vadym Pidhorodeteskyy, whose expertise was instrumental in finalizing the deal.
